Ultimate Island Escapes was founded by Jeanne Arsenault in January of 2001. Jeanne is accredited with The Travel Institute as a Caribbean Destination Specialist and Luxury Travel Specialist. Jeanne is also a Destination Wedding Specialist and Certified Sandals Specialist. Currently she is in the process of becoming a Certified Cruise Counselor, Spa Travel Specialist and Gay/Lesbian Travel Specialist.
